About the position
Highly profitable, ever-growing Food Manufacturer whose Turnover exceeds R2.7 Billion requires a seasoned Executive with lots of ambition, drive, entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen to take this Company to the next level. The Business consists of 3 Operating Divisions - Agriculture, Processing and Sales and Marketing and your Finance oversight will encompass all 3. Therefore the successful Candidate is expected to understand and add value to the Operational, Planning and Commercial aspects of a Business like this, because of their long-term exposure and love for the Industry. This role is NOT for a Group F.D but for a hands-on Commercial F.D who is as happy on the Factory Floor as he is around the Boardroom Table, implementing strategy as part of a highly effective 5-person Exec Team. Tertiary Qualifications plus at least 10 years' experience at Exco Level in a Multibillion Rand Food Production Business.
