About the position

DUR002063 – Finance Manager – Kokstad

Purpose of the Job:
To demonstrate effective utilisation and Management and control of resources of the company.
 
Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accounting/Financial Degree

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Control of the ledger. Checking and ensuring, the accurate posting of items.
  • Reconciling bank statements and control accounts.
  • Discussing the financials with the Board EXCO.
  • Monthly and yearly cash flow constructed and discussed at the Manco Meeting and Board EXCO meetings.
  • Compilation of annual Budget.
  • Ensuring the correct processing of Salaries and payment of deductions, e.g., PAYE, skills levy etc.


Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mind with ability to problem solve.
