About the position
DUR002063 – Finance Manager – Kokstad
Purpose of the Job:
To demonstrate effective utilisation and Management and control of resources of the company.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Accounting/Financial Degree
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Control of the ledger. Checking and ensuring, the accurate posting of items.
- Reconciling bank statements and control accounts.
- Discussing the financials with the Board EXCO.
- Monthly and yearly cash flow constructed and discussed at the Manco Meeting and Board EXCO meetings.
- Compilation of annual Budget.
- Ensuring the correct processing of Salaries and payment of deductions, e.g., PAYE, skills levy etc.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mind with ability to problem solve.
