About the position

DUR002114 – FINANCIAL MANAGER – CONSTANTIA
 
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for the financial health of the organization.

Required Qualifications


  • BComm Financial/Management Accounting and CIMA
  • 3 to 5 years in financial management experience
  • Property Accounting Experience.
  • Xero accounting software experience.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities
 

  • Managing overseeing Accounting Staff
  • All human resource requirements
  • Monthly Cash Flow Forecast for internal stakeholder discussions.
  • Monthly payments to be prepared, loaded onto bank, and sent to directors for release
  • Monthly Management accounts/pack and related analysis requirements as defined by Directors
  • VAT calculations and submissions.
  • PAYE submissions (monthly).
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and acting as intermediary on all finance / accounting related matters
  • Third party rental pool management to ensure healthy cash flows
  • Act as intermediary and facilitator with auditors and bookkeepers
