You're a detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication and time management skills. You've built up experience in financial services, excel in performing cash-reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in payments, and resolving queries efficiently.
As a Finance and Reconciliations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent client service by performing daily cash reconciliations, investigating unallocated cash, and managing payments. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your methodical approach and strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. With exposure to investment systems and workflow tools, you'll be at the forefront of financial operations, contributing to the success of the team and the organization as a whole.

To excel in this role, you need to have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in financial services or a MANCO client service environment. You will also need a completed tertiary degree, along with intermediate Excel skills and a solid understanding of applicable legislation such as FICA, DWT and FATCA. Your ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential for success in this role. Preference will be given to EE candidates.
