Farming Regional Sales Manager

About the position

Our client, a top automotive organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Regional Sales Manager - Farms (KwaZulu Natal) and a Junior Regional Sales Manager - Farms (Pretoria) - Afrikaans speaking

NON-NEGOTIABLE: dealership development and tractor sales experience

Must have experience in sales and automotive industry and have a network with farms.

• The Regional Sales Manager will have strong experience in managing and growing sales within the agricultural space (machinery, implements, tractors, etc.) in the automotive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market growth within a specific geographical region.
• You will be responsible for supporting the National Sales Head Farms and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of farming and OEM products, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
