Qualifications:
- Valid Boilermaker Trade Certificate: The candidate should have completed a recognized boilermaker apprenticeship and obtained a valid trade certificate.
- Minimum 5 Years Working Experience as a Supervisor: Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications relevant to the role.
- Good Interpersonal Relationships: The ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to Lead a Team: Demonstrated leadership skills are crucial.
- Ability to Source New Jobs: Proactive in identifying opportunities and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Factory Operations: Supervise daily activities in the factory, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and compliance with engineering standards.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the team, resolving any issues that arise.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate with management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
