Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management plans.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for all facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee facility security systems and protocols.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related needs and concerns.
• Provide leadership and guidance to facility maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
