About the position

A role for an experienced Executive Secretary to the General Manager of the mine.
The role will require an Adminstrative Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years experience in an Exec Secretary or senior Administrative role.

Based on site at the mine, located an hour outside of Pretoria, the role requires professional business writing and verbal skills as you will provide assistance with drafting, update, distribution and filing of legal appointment letters, SOPs and policies, preparing meeting agendas and minutes etc.

Other duties will include capturing of POs on SAP, expense recons, contract labour and invoice verifications.

You will also liaise with visitors to the mine, coordinate travel arrangements, GM Boardroom Diary management, events and meetings and general stakeholder engagement.

This role is open to South African citizens only.
