About the position
As an Engineering Recruiter at PeopleSolved, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top tier engineering professionals for our clients. You will collaborate closely wi th hiring managers, develop strong relationships with candidates, and leverage your industry expertise to contribute to the growth and success of our client's teams.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking , and Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including evaluating technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer n egotiation s and onboarding assistance.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the engineering talent landscape.
- Provide an exceptio nal candidate experience by delivering timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, engineering recruiter, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical skills, and industry specific qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex offer discussions.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Self motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the dynamic nature of talent acquisition.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
