About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software services sales, with a deep understanding of the Learning & Development industry.
This role involves targeting a diverse client base including individuals, small to medium businesses, large corporations, educational institutions, and large funding organizations as well as governmental bodies.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors including individual learners, SMEs, large enterprises, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client type and tailor eLearning solutions to meet their goals.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and [URL Removed] deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal [URL Removed] detailed knowledge of the market and competitors, updating the CRM with new developments.
- Incorporate legislative funding models and TAX incentives into solutions packaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in software or eLearning industries.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales with a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging client presentations.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Skills:Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to manage complex sales to a variety of different buyer types.
