About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

A fast-growing FinTech company seeks a highly driven and experienced Delivery and Implementation Manager who will be responsible for managing the successful delivery and implementation of our fintech solutions to clients. You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all project deliverables are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or related discipline with proven experience in Project Management – preferably in the FinTech industry with a strong understanding of FinTech solutions and technologies.

DUTIES:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation process of FinTech solutions for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all project deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients and address any project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience/Skills –

  • Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of FinTech solutions and technologies.

Advantageous –

  • PMP or other Project Management Certification is a plus.
