About the position

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a Debtors role
  • Intermediate to advanced Pastel knowledge
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Must have good communication skills and be a problem solver
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Debt collections
  • Following up with customers regarding account status and payment
  • Query resolutions
  • Reconciling of accounts
  • Allocation of payments
  • Month end Debtors statements

  • Reconciliations
