About the position
A company base in Germiston, Johannesburg is looking for a Creditors Clerk
Resonsible for managing and monitoring the debts owed by the company to its suppliers or creditors, and ensure that payments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This role is not just about paying bills; it encompasses a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of a business.
DUTIES:
- Maintain accurate records
- Invoice processing
- Payment preparation and execution
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Ensuring compliance
SKILLS:
- SAGE Evolution experience
- Matric
- Financial qualification will be a benefit
- Experience as a creditors clerk
- Must speak and understand Afrikaans
