Creditors Clerk

About the position

Our client is looking for a creditors clerk with local and international creditor experience to join their financial team.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all invoices are matched up with PO and goods recieved vouchers.
• Paying attention to all details and ensuring the accuracy of all pricing, quantities, and contractual obiligations.
• Preparation and submission of creditors reconciliations
• Preparation of international payments
• Ensuring the timeous payments of invoices and discount claimed where applicable
• Follow up on any queries and resolve queries as needed.
• Maintain vendor data base and/ or listing
• Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly reports and anaylsis of accounts payable

Requirements:

• Financial diploma or degree
• At least 5 years plus experience
• MUST have international creditors experience
• Have sound organizational and accuracy skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Handle pressure.
• Meeting all deadlines.
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge on Syspro accounting package would be advantageous
