Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in managing our debtors book, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Resolve account queries promptly, demonstrating strong reconciling skills.
• Proactively communicate with sales staff to prevent aging of accounts and minimize credit risks.
• Assist in raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes as needed.
• Contribute to the management of debt recovery efforts, ensuring maximum benefit to cash flow.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, queries, and debtors aging.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification is essential(Relevant Finance Diploma or Degree would be ideal)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
