Purpose of the role
As Creative Group Head, you will oversee and monitor the client creative output in order to meet client's brief and provide feedback to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Oversee and monitor the client creative output to meet client's brief and provide feedback to Creative Director
  • Review the team's work to ensure the highest quality, accuracy, and consistency as well as Brand compliance before presenting it to the Creative Director
  • Champion best practice and creative excellence throughout the creative team
  • Implement innovative ways of delivering design services to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Alongside the Creative Director, drive training and development of the team
  • • Mentor, guide and motivate the creative team (i.e. Art Directors, Copywriters etc.)
  • Attend creative reviews
  • Master a variety of brand tone of voice, visual identities
  • Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client
  • Keep the Creative Director up to date with creative work being delivered
  • Help to build creative culture within the team
  • Support the Creative Director in expanding the portfolio within all client portfolios
  • Plug into the wider client Global creative team.
  • Complete timesheets and drive compliance within the creative team as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience / Skill:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Advertising / Design
  • Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams / Outlook / Excel (Advanced) etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Experience in Figma
  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Group Head
  • Experience using Workbook
  • Experience working on retail clients
  • Well versed in Digital
  • TTL experience is essential
  • A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills (proven ability to effectively manage / guide a team)
  • An online portfolio showcasing all creative work
