About the position
Conveyancing Secretary Position avalable in Sandton, JHB. (5+ years experince essential)
Salary R25 000- R32 000(depending on experience)
Open to all Candiadtes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in the entire Conveyancing process from start to finish with a strong emphasis on transfers. (get rates clearance, home owners certificates, draft transfer docs etc)
- Prepare & process all legal documents for conveyancing process.
- Review & proof read documents
- Attending to Masters office
- Experience with Deceased Estates & transfers (run entire deceased estates files)
- General Litigation & commercial Experience beneficial
- Ability to work independently & complete tasks singlehandedly
- Above average typing speed
- Stable work record
- Afrikaans & English (fluent)
SOFTWARE COMPETENCIES:
- Fully proficient in Microsoft
- Lexis Nexis
- Practice Manager Pro
