Position: Project Manager/Site Agent
Location: East London

Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in site agency and project management roles within the construction industry.
- Professional registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and regulations.
- Oversee project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to identify project requirements, resolve issues, and achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
