Concierge

About the position

The primary role of this role is to provide personalised assistance and services to guests.
You are the first point of contact for guests and use a range of service and administration skills to offer exceptional customer service while maintaining the smooth operation of the establishment.
ou will answer inquiries, give directions, and coordinate deliveries.
You will work face-to-face with guests, providing a high standard of customer service, answering questions, and providing recommendations as required

• Concierges welcome and greet guests when they arrive at the establishment, creating a friendly and positive environment to make a good first impression.
• After greeting guests, the concierge offers high-quality service by helping with check in process and direction.
• Concierges may ask questions to determine the details of the guest while welcoming them, including asking their name and whether they have a meeting.
• By offering a strong greeting, concierges can set the tone for the rest of the guest's stay and establish a high standard for attentive service

Qualifications
Matric Certificate (Minimum requirement)

Experience
2-4 years Client Service or call centre experience
