Our name, Zenzele, means “Do it for yourself” which epitomizes our company’s philosophy.
It is Zenzele’s aim as a resourcing company to focus on placing permanent staff, fixed term employees and, independent contractors, doing employee assessments and a selection of outsourcing and consulting services, both in the private and public sectors, in the above mentioned areas. As a result we are able to deliver services, insight and advice for the entire employment business cycle which enables our clients to be ahead of the game, in an ever changing business environment.
Our client base includes small, medium and large enterprises in many industry sectors, as well as in government.

The ownership of Zenzele is divided as follows: 25% is owned by Kwambanjwa Investments, 26 % by Gcobisa Jazz Mbanjwa and 49 % by Paracon Holdings.
