TeleBest Holdings is the holding company for three very successful and experienced recruitment companies that operate in specialist sectors of the South African market. They are:

3. Khetha Staffing Services - a Black Empowerment initiative encompassing the office support and tel-business sectors.
ONLY the BEST and Telesources are owner managed and have operated in the South African marketplace for 13 years. Their success led to the third largest recruitment consultancy group in the world, Select Appointments (Holdings) Pl - now known as Vedior - making a substantial investment in the company in return for 50% shareholding. The companies are managed totally independently in South Africa whilst enjoying the benefits of access to the full technical and financial support of the international group.
ONLY the BEST was the first of the companies to open in South Africa and many of the clients it attracted in it's first year of operation are still clients today. Innovation, eye catching advertising and outstanding service are the critical elements that have contributed to the dramatic growth of ONLY the BEST, to the benefit of applicants and clients alike.
Teleresources entered the South African market in 1994 and was the first company to offer a truly specialised service recruiting solely for the needs of the Call Center industry. This provided their clients and applicants with the benefit of a dedicated service through a team of consultants that fully understand the technical and operational requirements of the Call Centres. Today, as then, many of the Teleresources staff come from a call centre background and not only speak the language of Call Centres, but live and breath the industry.
Khetha Staffing Services was formed in September 1999, as a Black Empowerment initiative, with the full support of the International Group. True skills transference, together with experienced management and financial support, has made Khetha a unique success story in a market that is unfortunately rife with inexperienced and poorly managed companies. Khetha already operates on a national basis and has been succesful in being placed on the preferred supplier lists of many companies and Government Departments.
