Our client is looking to employ a Communications Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Communication Planning
- Identify target audiences / tailor communication messages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication efforts across all marketing channels.
- Content Creation and Management
- Work with internal Copywriter to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing material, press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Client Relationship
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company objectives to effectively reach internal/external stakeholders.
- Working with creative partners to create engaging and impactful content.
- Manage media relations through PR Agency by pitching stories to journalists, responding to media inquiries, and organizing press conferences or interviews.
- Develop crisis communication plans/manage communication during emergencies to protect the company's reputation.
- Facilitate internal communication by organizing town hall meetings, developing employee newsletters, and ensuring employees are informed about company news and initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing/ Business or related field
- 5- 10 Years experience in customer relationship management, coporate communications, public relations / marketing communications
- Familiarity with home loan products/ mortgage lending processes/ regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to create high-quality written content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Experience managing media relations, securing press coverage, and responding to media inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
