Our client invites applications from Commercial Property Managers who will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of commercial real estate properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of the properties under their management while also ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations Management; Tenant Relations; Financial Management; Lease Administration: Property Marketing and Tenant Acquisition; Property Maintenance and Improvement; Compliance and Risk Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles, leasing practices, and property management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements governing commercial real estate operations.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) are a plus.
