Commercial Manager

About the position

A client is looking for a Commercial Manager in the Engineering/Mining/Construction industry to play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining industry locally and internationally


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction


• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities


• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth target

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or related field


• 10 Years+ Commercial Management experience of Mining Customers. Proven track record in business development or sales within the mining industry


• Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its challenges and opportunities


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders


• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite


• Solid experience in FIDIC and NEC
