JOB PURPOSE

• The position is responsible for the provision of Information Technology and Operations strategies - coupled with technology services - to the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, this position oversees and directs operational excellence and technological innovation throughout the entire organization.
• Furthermore, this position is responsible for identifying the Bank's network and technological strategic needs and objectives, thus providing a reliable up-time network, and ensuring the protection of employer scalability. The position further oversees cross-functional business and technology processes throughout the organisation; ensuring that the business strategy and objectives are well- supported.
