About the position

A well-established company is recruiting for a
CHIEF OF STAFF
PRETORIA

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the role is to provide strategic guidance, coordination and decision support to the Scheme's CEO. This position if vital in driving the organisation's effectiveness, performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Chief of staff is responsible for ensuring the overall efficiency of the CEO's office and facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives through a coordinating function

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AMONGST OTHERS INCLUDE:

  • Strategi adviser to the CEO
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings by providing necessary information and briefing
  • Coordinate and execute initiatives, projects and activities across different departments or functional areas within the organisation
  • Build and manage relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders and represent the CEO as well as fostering positive interactions
  • Ensure scheduled or ad hoc meetings are confirmed and agenda items are submitted on time

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • NQF Level 7 qualification Business Administration or Management
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a strategic advisory role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and able to work long hours
  • Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
