About the position
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The position is responsible for the provision of Information Technology and Operations strategies - coupled with technology services . Additionally, this position oversees and directs operational excellence and technological innovation throughout the entire organization.
Furthermore, this position is responsible for identifying the Bank's network and technological strategic needs and objectives, thus providing a reliable up-time network, and ensuring the protection of employer scalability. The position further oversees cross-functional business and technology processes throughout the organisation; ensuring that the business strategy and objectives are well- supported.
