About the position
Accountability: The environment is very fast paced and does require long hours Advantageous: Post Graduate Qualification
Customer Service: Respond efficiently, accurately, and courteously to
all customer service matters, complaints, requests. Perform the Final Tier check and validation of customer files
prepared by frontline in terms of back-office process and
procedure to ensure a high standard of compliance in terms
of regulatory requirements.
Critically pay attention to details
Support the development and maintenance of Acquisition
back-office processes.
Adhere to all processes in the back office and identify
opportunities to improve servicing frontline when conducting
case Remediation.
Monitor and control risk associated with the customer
documentation.
Ensure that all activities performed in providing Customer
Services through case processing comply in all respects with
FICA, compliance policies and procedures as well as
Regulatory requirements.
Ability to attend to both inbound and outbound calls.
Meeting set performance standards.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain good professional
relationships with relevant stakeholders to remain abreast of their
needs and issues and respond rapidly and effectively.
Self-development: Owning and being proactive about own training
and development.
