About the position

Our client in the Financial transactional sector which strive to provide innovative payment solutions are URGENTLY looking for a few Business sales consultants nation wide.

• Kwa-Zulu Natal- North; South; Central x3

You must have solid sales experience from acquiring new business to following up on sales leads. A - Z sales you must be both a hunter and a Farmer. Service industry or finanacial services sector is ideal or similar

The purpose of the position is to acquire new clients by generating sales leads, following up on sales leads, making sales, collecting, and submitting signed documentation for review and approval of sales applications.
Following up on submitted applications and installations to ensure that the company acquires sufficient new business that is viable and generates a profit for the business in line with projected sales on the budget..

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification degree in Public Relations/Marketing
• Min 3 years' experience in Sales would be an advantage.
• Proven ability to Negotiate, close deals and conflict resolution.
• Ability to generate own leads

• Communication Skills: Listens, speaks, and writes clearly and consistently for maximum impact. Ability to influence and diplomatically advocate a point of view with both internal and external customers when situation requires a strong voice. Ability to say no when appropriate.
• Client Focus: Creates a "customer first" environment to ensure a superior clients experience; understands without clients there is no CCL; anticipates client''s needs and issues and can prioritize appropriately; builds a strong professional relationship with the client; provides timely communication and relevant information to meet client needs.
• Negotiation: Good negotiation skills that lead to each side sensing some satisfaction and feeling of a "win" situation.
