The Business Franchise Manager will be responsible to prepare and adhere to all legal & compliance sector for setting up new business. The successful candidate will oversee the organization and planning within a business or corporations franchising department.
Be able to have the ability to scale current business and manage the systems and new franchisees.
Start a new Franchise Division
Drive the implementation of the global operations strategy and embed this within our Franchise organisation
Understand what creates a positive customer experience , identify challenges and develop solutions to address.
Leverage best practice across the market and implement repeatable models to scale with a sense of urgency
Understand , interpret , uphold and enforce standards and policies including Audit follow ups and action plans.
Do legal checks on the SLA's and Contracts.
Experience :
Minnimum 2-5 Years experience in Franchising
Minnimum 2-5 Years experience in Sales/Brokering deals with franchisees
Minnimum 2-5 Years experience in TES RECRUITMENT/HR industry (Advantageous)
Understand all legal preparations ( Legal Background will be advantageous)
