About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Explore and generate business opportunities via Tenders, EOI's, PFQ's and RFP's.
• Business Development - Client engagement
• Project and Office Administration
• Sales and Revenue

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Relevant three-year tertiary qualification of at least 3 years in duration/ Degree, preferably in the areas of Business Management/Commerce/Marketing (NQF 7)
• Valid driver's license.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing/Consulting
• Experience in a Training environment would be an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in Project and Contract Management as well as in Project finance.
• Experience in tenders, quotations and reporting.
• Establishment, management and growing own business portfolio through training and skill development opportunities.
• Development of Business Intelligence (BI) and to transform that BI into sound solutions and services.
• Marketing solutions and services to a diverse client base, including the public and private sector as well as international clients.
• Operating in a high-pressure target driven environment .
• Exceptional information management capabilities.
• Sound financial understanding
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder relation skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM

The Training Solutions division at Enterprises University of Pretoria has a vacant position of a Business Developer whose key outputs include business intelligence generation, conceptualisation of solutions and services, new business generation, business administration and reporting.
