About the position

Coactivate is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a professional manner who is target driven, comfortable within a sales environment and knowledgeable of all reporting aspects, communications terminology and technology, and organisational procedures to fill the role of a Bridge Team Leader.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • 1-year experience working as a Team Leader would be an advantage
  • Previous experience as a 2IC for a Team Leader
  • Previous experience in the learning and development space would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes and systems
  • Exceptional communication, listening and e-mail skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure and achieve daily KPI's
  • Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours
  • Natural flair for sales coaching, motivating, and interacting with people
  • Must have an excellent track record in attendance, quality and sales
  • Must be punctual and have good attendance
  • Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
