About the position

Overview / Purpose of the job:

As a Brander, you will hold a vital role in the branch sales generation. With such a position, you are responsible for a variety of products and service offerings. You are expected to give a friendly prompt service to all customers. Management expects you to use your own initiative, generating adequate sales leads and committing to a prompt and professional service delivery to our clients at all times



Min Requirements:

• Matric
• Microsoft Office
• 1 year experience in retail sales preferred
• Comfortable operating machinery
• Interest in graphic design

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the front office, workspace and branding room are neat and tidy
• Assisting customers with queries and orders promptly
• Taking in customer briefs and preparing artwork for approval
• Ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met and customers are communicated with regularly through the process
• Operating and maintaining the necessary machinery
• Have a can-do approach and willingness to learn
• Phoning customers and sms on Bulk SMS system for collections
• Ensuring stock is replenished and reordered timeously
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
• Understanding and implementing all policies, procedures and quality standards
• Ensuring regular discussions are held with the relevant staff to promote good workflows (daily if necessary) and bring any problems to management’s attention
• Make sure you are a role model for staff by providing excellent customer service and support to the business
