About the position
Our client a leader in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry is currently looking to employ a Branch Manager based in Centurion, Johannesburg.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry preferred.
- Managerial experience beneficial.
- Must come from a sales background.
- Must have a matric.
- Technical refrigeration product knowledge.
- Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry).
- Intermediate MS Office.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Proficient Interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Networking skills.
- Customer service.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock.
- Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch.
- Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager.
- Call and visit the branch’s customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received.
