Minimum Requirement

• Matric.
• Well presented.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills. 
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a managerial role in an operational environment.
• Strong administrative Skills
• High Proficiency in MS Office.

• Maintaining labour costs.
• Financial standards maintained.
• Ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment.
• Ensure beverage standards are maintained.

• People resourcing and recruitment.
• Human resources.
• Team development.
• Manage performance and time management.
• Ensure management and teams are delivering on steps of service focussing on the guest's experience
