About the position
Our client, a well- established industrial and automotive distributor is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
This position is full- time office based.
Requirements
Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or Finance (or studying towards).
2-3 years of experience in Bookkeeping.
Sales and Distribution experience advantageous.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience using Evolution Accounting System (Advantageous).
Responsibilities
Print and distribute daily POS transaction analysis to branches.
Daily POS banking transactions.
Credit request processing.
Goods received voucher processing.
Stock and Supplier invoice queries.
Supplier credit notes and queries.
Monthly supplier reconciliations and payment lists.
Petty cash management.
Customer contract price maintenance.
