About the position
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping up until Trial Balance along with Junior bookkeeper's assistance
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
- Assisting the Financial Manager in the preparation of monthly management accounts for all companies
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Daily processing of customer receipts and supplier payments into Xero
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Profit payments to Clients (Training will be provided)
- Assistance with year-end audit preparation
- Do Costing Sheets (Training will be provided)
- Request for Funding (Training will be provided)
- Supplier Payments upon receipt of Funds
- Adhoc duties as required from time to time
Previous experience within a similar role as Senior Bookkeeper for at least 3-5 years is required.
