We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping clients optimize their investment portfolios, manage risks, and achieve their financial objectives through strategic asset allocation and active portfolio management.

What you’ll do:



  • Minimum two years of experience working in a warehouse environment.

  • Minimum five years working with Excel and performing accurate reporting.

  • Minimum two years of experience working in an IT environment, which includes using a ticket system.

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail.

  • SAP experience will be beneficial.

  • Holistic IT asset management: Oversee IT asset lifecycle from entry into the environment to exit.

  • Be able to think strategically regarding resource allocation: Financial and human aspects.

  • Service-Now: Manage assets on the AMDB as required. Oversee ticket movement where required.

  • Information Management: Oversee the accuracy to ensure that asset tracking is present and partake in transparency with vendors.

  • Company Processes and procedures: Ensure alignment with organizational policies across various domains. Experience in process creation/update will be essential.

  • Proactive Response: Be able to maintain vigilance to proactively respond to industry trends and best practices.

  • People Management: Be able to communicate, articulate, discuss, analyse, empathize, and plan concerning the management of people.


Your expertise:



  • Previous warehouse/asset management experience is essential.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

  • SAP experience is essential.

  • Organizational and communication skills.

  • Service-Now experience is essential.

  • Working on an AMDB platform is essential.

  • ITIL 4 Foundation

  • Administration Certification

  • Data Analytics

  • Excel Qualification

  • Applicable Tertiary Qualification
