About the position
Global medical device supplier is looking for a Area Sales Executive / Training Facilitator to cover Limpopo, Mpumalanga Central & East. A Clinical Technologist (Nephrology), a Nephrology Qualified Nurse or a Registered Nurse with substantial Renal experience is essential.

Minimum of 2 -3 years Sales experience in the Medical Field (Preferably).
Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
Strive to meet and exceed sales budgets as set by the Company.
Provide supportive services to all allocated customers in assigned geographical areas.
Promote and sell products to all allocated customers as per defined strategies within assigned geographical areas.
Develop an area plan based on the division's strategy - ensuring strategic customers and products are included.
Identify customer training needs and plan training sessions accordingly.
Provide initial and continuous on the job staff training on Clinical Application to Avitum Provider Dialysis Centers.
Ensure that regular in-service training programs and workshops are held to keep the customer knowledgeable about products
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
Impeccable value system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated time, territory and admin management ability.
Quick learning ability.
Computer literacy is essential.
Flexibility for travel (nationally and internationally) and occasional overtime.
Reasonable business acumen skills required.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
Previous Sales experience with a proven track record, would be an advantage.
