About the position
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, providing strategic directions, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR Policies and programs to support
the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field:
Master’s degree (added advantage)
- Years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations
- Leadership and management skills, with ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively
collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and
delivering impactful HR initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals
and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive
organizational success
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and
selecting top talent
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of
new employees into the organization
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance
reviews, and career development planning
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted adviser to management and
employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and
promote a positive work environment
- Develop and implement Employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events to
foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction
- HR compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor Laws, regulations,
and company policies, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks and liabilities, conducting investigations and

- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design of compensation and benefits

systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

accurate employee records
