What our Compliance Team will require for registration:

• Confirmation of Registration with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) FOR ALL MEDICAL PROFESSIONS OR Confirmation of Registration with the SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council) FOR ALL PHARMACIST PROFESSIONS
• Relevant Qualification Certificate
• Professional Indemnity - Certificate of Medical Membership (South African Medical Association (SAMA)
• CPR Training Certificate
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certificate (Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa)
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association ID Card)
• CV - with contactable references
• Valid Identity Document (SA Identity)
• Valid Right to Work (Foreign National)
• Police Clearance Check, not older than three months
• Proof of Address in the Western Cape – not older than three months.
• Proof of Bank Details
• Proof of Income Tax (SARS)
