About the position

Based in Johannesburg, Our client is looking for an Administrator Coordinator to provide support to the Legal team and Director by performing legal administrative tasks for the Legal department, managing the administration of the office, attending to the Director business or personal requests and performing other non-administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and communicate relevant information to all stakeholders to ensure precision and smooth flow of business .
  • Perform accurate and timeous diary management to ensure the Director is supported.
  • Coordinate meetings to ensure all relevant stakeholders participate and are supported adequately.
  • Support Legal team to ensure company and legal compliance .
  • Support the Director in the administration of his personal matters.
  • Travel with the Director as needed.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be preferred e.g. BA or similar qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years in a similar role - legal or administrative.

Skills Required

  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Outlook Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Assertive and able to manage high paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary
R20 000 to R25 000 TCTC (depending on experience)
