About the position

Purpose
To ensure the completion and accuracy of all Depot administration

  • To efficiently do daily Gate Control as per the depot procedures
  • Maintain the filing systems currently in place
  • Multitask when Accounts Clerk is not available
  • Do daily stock reports for the Full and Empty depot
  • VWSA stock reports
  • Depot stats reports as required by management
  • Attend to all tracking queries
  • Assist clients with their queries
  • Storage and handling invoicing for the Full and Empty Depot
  • Daily capturing of bookings
  • Accounts tasks as and when required
  • General Admin duties

Experience
2 - 5 years experience in administration in a Depot, Warehouse, Logistics/ Shipping Environment
3 years experience using MS Office Pacakge

Education
Grade 12

Skills
