REQUIREMENTS:

Completed SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA articles.
o Good understanding of financial accounting and taxation with practical experience with:
? SARS systems and processes
? EMP501 reconciliations
? Provisional tax calculations
? Drafting of AFS and
? Year-end processes, working papers and journals.
o Advanced knowledge of excel and accounting software, Xero and Market Place.
o Experience in managing a team of 1 - 2 team members / clerks.
o Experience in reviewing management accounts, financial statements and financial/SARS
letters.
o Excellent client communication; interfacing; and meetings.
o Not hesitant to give advice and trust own judgement.

DUTIES:
? Performing customer accounts on Xero
? Preparation of monthly management accounts
? Preparation of annual financial statements
? Preparation of month-end and year-end reconciliations
? Liaising with customers re their business and assist them in making financial decisions
? Management of annual audits (where applicable)
? Payroll processing
? Bi-annual employer reconciliations
? Workmans compensations and RMA submissions
? Calculations of provisional tax and income tax (companies and individuals)
? Submissions of VAT201, EMP201, ITR14, ITR12, IRP6
? Other administrative tasks
