We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our US client remotely on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, with a strong emphasis on AIA billing within the construction industry. Knowledge of both residential and commercial construction processes, particularly in plumbing and kitchen installations, is essential.
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Generate AIA billing invoices in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Reconcile billing statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the construction industry.
- Expertise in AIA billing is a MUST.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction processes, particularly in plumbing and kitchen installations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Remote (US-based)
Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) able to work US hours anything from 3pm SA time
