SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONER: ASSET - 6 MONTHS FTC

LOCATION Pretoria
POSITION TYPE FTC - 6 Months
SALARY R 14 427 PER MONTH
CLOSING DATE 14 MAY 2024

PURPOSE

• To receive, administrate, processing, verifying payments and reconciling invoices.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• NQF 5 and above
• EXPERIENCE
• 2 years and more experience in SCM Asset management
• JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  Receiving, Barcoding and Capturing of Assets to Asset Register and Distribution to Custodian.
• Receive all moveable assets.
• Perform quantity and quality control.
• Allocate inventory and bar code to the assets.
• Capture asset information s in the relevant registers.
  Fleet Management
• Internal request for Company vehicles.
• Renewal of license disc for state vehicle
• Branding of Vehicle
• Arrangement of petrol cards
• Bookings for vehicle repairs and services
• Replacements of vehicle
  RT3-2015 photocopying machines.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of the leased machines, ordering and issuing of toners
  Verification
• Performing Asset Verification.
  Disposal

Desired Skills:

• Receiving Barcoding and Capturing of Assets to Asset Register and Distribution to Custodian. Receive all moveable assets.

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
