About the position
Our client, a reputable armed response security company is looking for a dynamic and strong sales manager to build, lead and manage their sales team to help drive sales revenue.
Candidates must have a solid and successful sales track record in the industry and be Psira accredited to hold a managerial position.
Knowledge of the industry is vital with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
Duties are as follows:
- Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Providing mentorship and training.
