Coastal Region
Candidate must reside in either Western Cape or KZN
Regional Sales Manager Hub Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) Care Enablement / South Africa – Coastal Region (KZN & Cape)
Manage the sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographical area
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and execution of the plan
Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings
Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the region in accordance with policies, strategic goals, and objectives established in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
Assists the Head of Sales in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units in area of responsibility. Ensures, according to national and regional requirements and the clients business strategy the operational and commercial affairs which includes the full responsibility for the operational results region with specific focus on profitability.
Leads and directs the sales team for area of accountability.
Sales and Profit (Gross Margin) growth
Effectiveness and efficiency of sales processes and staff
Sales related risks and issues addressed in a timely manner and respective countermeasures initiated
Customer satisfaction
DSO, CAPEX
Meeting legal & regulatory requirements and the clients compliance standards

Standard IT user knowledge (MS Office, etc.)
Understand and use modern communication software and systems
Working for an international company with international standards
Travelling locally and internationally when needed
