Relief switchboard rosters
Updated telephone lists
Sundry
Receiving and sorting out incoming mail
Sending outgoing mail
Good administration and control with regards to keys of vehicles and where the vehicles are at any given time
Arrange flights
Accommodation bookings
Car hire
Research vendors (venues, catering, decorators, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Management of internal diaries and venue bookings
Update function schedules
Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Sending out invites
