- Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM, with a focus on Problem-Incident-Change Management processes.
- Deep expertise in Confluence and Jira, with the ability to seamlessly translate requirements into actionable User Stories.
- Professional communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in the Agile Working Model framework, coupled with a self-motivated drive for continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a keen understanding of intercultural dynamics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security, system administration, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
- Ability to evaluate the As Is Situation and design innovative solutions in collaboration with infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Privileged Account Management Core Teams to establish, track, and resolve requirements.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and evolving User Stories and requirements alongside infrastructure technologies.
- Proven track record in developing KPIs and measurements to assess the quality and compliance of PAM solutions.
